Terms of service

★ Payment must be received before I start the drawing. So serious inquiries only
★ Paypal only (USD)
★ I will not give full refunds if I have already started on your piece. Please contact me if it is an emergency situation and we can work out a partial refund if I have not finished the image completely

-- Process --

★ Send me a description of your idea, and we will discuss it. I'll also let you know the price.
★ Please send me the full payment before I start working.
★ I always send a rough sketch to you for approval. Any major changes will be made at this stage.
★ Any big changes, such as completely different poses, characters, outfits, items, environments, lighting settings (or anything requiring me to restart the process), are not allowed once I have started rendering the piece. If you still want such changes, it will be treated as a completely new illustration.
★ The final delivery will include a full-quality illustration without a watermark, a watermarked version, the WIPs during the process (optional), a version without a background (optional), and any additional exports we have agreed on. All deliveries are in digital form; there will be no physical prints or merchandise shipped to you.
In any situation where the commission is delayed, stopped, or unable to be finished, I will do my best to inform you as soon as possible.
★ You can ask for progress WIPs at any time while I'm working on it.
★ If you want me to work on a rush deadline, there will be an additional charge.

★ I hold the right to reproduce the illustrations for my personal use as an artist. If I intend to use the commissions for commercial purposes, I will need permission from the clients/commissioners. Details will need to be negotiated.
★ Clients/commissioners can fully obtain reproduction rights if: (1) It is part of the deal/contract for a commercial-use commission, or (2) They wish to obtain the rights after the commission has been completed through an additional payment, which must be negotiated.
★ I retain the right to claim authorship of the commissions.
Clients/commissioners are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify the artwork into any different form without my permission, unless specified in a commercial-use agreement.
★ Clients/commissioners are strictly prohibited from minting or selling the commissions as NFTs.
★ Clients/commissioners are not allowed to use the artwork for machine learning, computer deep learning, AI training, or as reference for AI-generated content without the artist's explicit permission.
★ For standard commissions, clients/commissioners are free to use the artwork for personal purposes.
★ I reserve the right to share the commissioned artwork on my social media, portfolio, or any public/personal site, including this site, with appropriate commission watermarks after completion.
